This piece is very personal. It involved some very deep, dark introspect as to why I was not maintaining my personal health and why I seemed to be hell-bent on taking myself out with food. My hope and prayer is that women will deal with their mess just as I do, to live the ROYAL life they were meant to live.

13For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, 14because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. Romans 8:13-15

Ru willing to surrender? Ru ready to give your all, give it up for the cause to prevent the delay in illness that has many-YOU, ME, SHE, HE and WE who have been slained by preventable methods left by the wayside in years of self-consumption and pity-parties that left the seemingly taste of sweet mint, but in turn was butterscotch-not pleasing to the personal internal palette?

Ru willing to sacrifice to obtain the very best-Shape- in His image, in His likeness from the inside glorified on the outside, because you know this is an inside job?

Ru willing to extinguish the pain that has strained the very temple you gained at birth, fashioned and created to bring the Creator honor and praise?

Ru ready to birth purpose out of pain to live ON purpose with passion?  Ru ready  to live on purpose for the divine plan He has for YOU and I-to prosper you without harm and a guaranteed expected end?

Ru willing to decrease so He will increase and His likeness prevails, for He is shaping you, molding you to a vessel for His gain-this has nothing to do with your selfish gain?

Ru willing to killing cravings and establish equilibrium bringing you back to the symbol of the ultimate surrender and sacrifice-the cross?  Ru ready to shock and awe darkness so that YOUR light shines? Shines splendidly from the work going on inside?

Ru willing to surrender to the call?

Ru ready to give it your all?
